Target Group strengthens team with two new additions
Target Group, the financial software and services organisation
which operates in the consumer and commercial loan markets, has appointed
Colin Davis as Account Director and Steve Richards as Business Development
Manager. Their appointments highlight the additional services of consultancy
and business process outsourcing that Target now offers the mortgage and
loan markets.
Colin
Davis has been appointed to head up the management and development of Target’s
existing clients and will be responsible for developing added value for
clients. He will work closely with Target’s senior management and
the consultancy team to ensure clients take advantage of the company’s
depth of expertise in financial services as well as its proven software
solutions. Colin joins Target with over 13 years’ experience in financial
services and considerable knowledge in client relationships, change management
and affinity partnership development.
Steve
Richards, Target’s new Business Development Manager, has been appointed
to develop new client relationships and revenue streams with particular
focus on Target’s business process outsourcing subsidiary, Target
Loan Servicing (TLS). TLS is a niche UK provider of outsourced business
services and technology solutions with expertise in consumer and commercial
finance. Steve joins Target with extensive outsourcing and financial services
industry experience gained with a number of organisations including IBM,
LogicaCMG and HBOS Bank of Western Australia.
Colin Davis, Account Director, commented: “Target has been successful

with the market’s needs and have vast experience of processes, data,
