Prolong tool life and protect your hands with Ideal Monster Wipes™
Thoroughly
cleaning tools after every use can extend tool life by as
much as 50% -potentially saving electricians and contractors
hundreds of pounds per year – and now Ideal Industries
has introduced Monster Wipes™ to make the job easier.
Monster Wipes™ are citrus scented, disposable wipes
designed to tackle the toughest tool clean-up jobs, including
dirt, grease, grime and lubricant. Available in containers
of 82 extra-large (12” x 9”) towels, Monster Wipes™
are also safe to use on hands. Infused with vitamin E and
natural moisturisers, they leave hands soft, clean and residue-free
so no rinsing is required.
Each wipe has two sides; a non-scratch, textured side for
scrubbing and a smooth wiping side for delicate surfaces.
The wipes’ fabric offers industrial strength durability,
to prevent the tearing or shredding of lesser quality wipes,
even after large jobs.
Packaged in a re-closable, moisture-retaining dispenser, Ideal
Monster Wipes™ do not need water to activate their powerful
cleaning solution, and so are perfect for use in any location.
The solution brings tool finishes back to ‘just-like-new’
condition in one step, preventing rust, grime build-up and
corrosion from destroying the tool’s usefulness.
Contractors can increase the service life of their tools significantly
by using Monster Wipes™ and following Ideal Industries’
recommendations:
• A drop of oil at a tool’s hinge will extend
tool life and assure easier operation. Do not allow oil to
get onto the handles as it causes a slipping hazard.
• Store tools in a dry, secure location where they won’t
be tampered with or exposed to the elements.
• Place tools in individual pockets in a tool tote rather
than together where they can be nicked or scratched.
• If possible, hang tools with cutting edges to keep
them from getting dulled by contact with other tools.
• Never use pliers, screwdrivers or other tools as a
substitute for a hammer.
