Freshwater Technology part of UK’s fastest growing PR network
Romsey-based
consultancy Freshwater Technology, as part
of national PR group Freshwater UK, has ranked twelfth
in an industry chart of the top 50 agencies outside
London. The annual chart, compiled by industry journal
PR Week, also announced Freshwater as the fastest growing
regional PR network, rising from 46th place last year,
to 12th.
As part of Freshwater UK, which is headquartered in
Cardiff, Freshwater Technology forms a network
of regional and specialist consultancies across the
country in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham and
London.
The chart is compiled by rating consultancies from across
Britain according to fee income. Freshwater UK doubled
its fee income to £1,641,943 during 2005. Since
the figures were compiled, Freshwater has continued
to grow organically and through acquisitions. By June
this year Freshwater’s annualised fee income will
be more than £3.5m - well over double the PR Week
figure.
Black and White Communications joined Freshwater UK
earlier this year as the network’s business-to-business
technology and engineering specialists, with national
and international clients including Ideal Industries,
BOC Edwards, HellermannTyton and Morgan Advanced Ceramics.
Freshwater Technology’s Managing Director, Rachel
