PR firm celebrates 5th birthday with appointment of two new recruits
Romsey-based
technical public relations consultancy, Freshwater Technology
Communications, has announced the appointment of two
new members to support its growing client list of engineering
and high-tech companies.
Heather Hughes is an experienced PR Manager with eight years marketing and PR experience for several large corporate and consumer brands including Sony, Nokia, Barclays Bank and Mumm Champagne. Heather was formally Press Officer for Websence, an American software vendor, where she was responsible for managing PR activities across Europe, Africa and the Middle-East.
Sarah Clarke, a recent graduate
from The University of Birmingham with a BA (Hons)
degree in Mechanical Engineering, will be working as part of the account handling
team delivering PR and marketing support programmes to a variety of industrial
and engineering clients.
Freshwater Technology’s Director Rachel Owen commented: “These new appointments reflect the mix of technical, engineering and PR skills and experience which is a key strength of Freshwater Technology. Sarah’s engineering qualification and Heather’s corporate and European PR expertise will both prove invaluable to the work we do for our clients.”
