CRAWLEY, UK (3 August 2009) Edwards, the global manufacturer of vacuum pumping equipment, has introduced a new flexible service for industrial and chemical pumps. The company can also now service any manufacturer's vacuum pumps, allowing customers to make cost savings for maintenance and repair by having all their pumps serviced in the same place.

Edwards' flexible service is available from as little as £920 for E1M40 rotary vane pumps, and customers have the potential to make a saving £700 compared to previous prices. The thorough service includes stripping and decontaminating the product, inspection of key components for signs of wear and damage, rebuilding using new seals and essential components and repainting. Each pump is then tested to the same high standards as new pumps and returned to the customer with a six-month parts and labour warranty as standard.

Edwards gives its customers a complete diagnosis of the condition of the pump and advises if any additional components are needed. Engineers also provide feedback about work that should be carried out in the near future which allows customers to make further future cost savings by carrying out work at the appropriate time.

Edwards propose un service de maintenance souple et adaptable pour toutes les pompes à vide

CRAWLEY, UK (10 Septembre 2009) - Edwards, l'un des tous premiers fabricants mondiaux de matériel pour la Technique du Vide, propose maintenant un nouveau service de maintenance pour les pompes à vide utilisées dans l'industrie et la chimie. Ce service Edwards est accessible à partir de 1398€ pour une pompe à palettes E1M40. Ceci donne aux clients la possibilité de réaliser une économie de 1100€ par rapport aux prix précédents. L'intervention complète inclût le démontage et la décontamination de la pompe, une inspection minutieuse des composants principaux pour détecter tout signe d'usure ou de détérioration, le remontage avec de nouveaux joints et composants essentiels et la peinture. Chaque pompe est ensuite testée selon les mêmes standards qu'une pompe neuve et retournée au client avec une garantie de six mois pièces et main-d'œuvre.

Edwards Service unterstützt ab sofort alle Pumpentypen

CRAWLEY, UK (10 September) - Edwards, der global aktive Hersteller von Vakuumausrüstungen, hat eine neuen umfassenden flexiblen Reparaturservice für Vakuumpumpen der chemischen Industrie und anderer Branchen vorgestellt. Edwards ist jetzt in der Lage die Vakuumpumpen aller Hersteller zu reparieren. Dies ermöglicht es den Kunden, durch die Konzentration der Serviceleistungen aus einer Hand, Kosten einzusparen.

Dieses Angebot ist z. B. verfügbar für den Umfang von €1398 für eine E1M40 Drehschieberpumpe und ermöglicht Einsparungen in der Höhe von €1100 im Vergleich zu früheren Preisen. Diese komplette Reparatur beinhaltet das Zerlegen und Dekontaminieren des Produkts und die Inspektion der relevanten Teile auf Verschleiß und Funktion. Der Neuaufbau erfolgt mit dem Einsatz neuer Dichtungen und essentieller Teile. Zusätzlich wird die Pumpe neu lackiert. Jede Pumpe wird anschließend entsprechend den selben rigiden Ansprüchen wie bei Neupumpen geprüft und mit einer 6-Monats Garantie auf Teile und Arbeitsleitung an den Kunden returniert.

Edwards liefert dem Kunden eine komplette Diagnose zum Zustand der Pumpe. Diese enthält die Bedarfsanalyse für eventuell notwendige zusätzliche Teile.
Die Techniker liefern außerdem eine Rückmeldung zur Anwendung und empfehlenswerten Pflegemaßnahmen der untersuchten Pumpen, die weitere Kosteneinsparungen in der nächsten Zukunft ermöglichen.
