As Black & White Communications we have provided specialist PR consultancy
to the technology, engineering and IT sectors since 1998, joining Freshwater UK in March 2006. In February 2007 we rebranded under the name Freshwater Technology. The company is still directed by Black & White’s founder, Rachel Owen.

Freshwater UK is the country’s fastest-growing national PR network, and has more than 50 staff based at seven offices, including dedicated operations for Wales, Scotland, the English regions, consumer PR and creative services. As the group’s technology PR specialists we deliver bespoke programmes to match our clients’ budgets and business aims, regionally, nationally or worldwide, supported by our network of offices throughout the UK.
