Rachel Owen, Managing Director

Rachel founded Black & White Communications in 1998.  The company joined national PR network, Freshwater UK, in March 2006, rebranding as Freshwater Technology in February 2007.

She developed a team of like-minded people with specialist skills, able to offer integrated counsel across a range of communications functions.  As Managing Director, she sets high standards, putting transparency and accountability at the centre of the client relationship.

An engineering graduate, Rachel has 20 years’ technical PR experience developing and implementing communications strategies on behalf of engineering, instrumentation and electronics brands across Europe.  She is known by clients and staff for her challenging approach and dedication.
